"Setelah
kita mintai keterangan, pacar laki-lakinya ini ada 9 kali menawarkan
lewat aplikasi MiChat dengan pembayaran sekitar Rp 300.000. Tapi masih
kita dalami, itu menurut keterangan korban," ujar AKP Edi di Mapolres
Pematangsiantar, Jalan Sudirman
Menurut keterangan korban, kata Edi, uang tersebut mereka gunakan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti makan dan bayar kost.
Sejauh ini pihak kepolisian masih menyelidiki lebih lanjut terkait kasus prostitusi online tersebut.
Pihak
kepolisian juga masih memburu seorang terduga pelaku yang terlibat
dalam kasus penjualan korban RA yang baru masuk SMA itu.
Namun lantaran ponsel yang digunakan ARA untuk menjual kekasihnya itu hilang, polisi sedikit kesulitan untuk mendapatkan bukti.
“Tapi
masih belum pembuktian, karena sampai sekarang ponselnya itu enggak ada
lagi. Makanya kita masih tahap pendalaman,” jelas Edi.
Menurut
Edi, kedua remaja tersebut diduga berasal dari keluarga yang
bermasalah. Meski begitu, polisi sudah berupaya menghubungi orangtua
kedua belah pihak.
Saat ini, keduanya masih menjalani pemeriksaan dan konseling di Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Polres Pematangsiantar.

sendiri ditangkap petugas saat terlibat keributan di Jalan Sumber Jaya,
Simpang Kerang, Kelurahan Nagapita, Kecamatan Siantar Martoba,
Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara, Sabtu (5/9/2020) lalu.
ARA dan terduga pelaku terlibat cekcok yang berhasil mengundang perhatian warga.
Saat itu pula, ponsel milik ARA diduga dirampas oleh terduga pelaku lainnya.
"Ada
salah seorang yang kita kejar. Dari keterangan korban, dia ditemukan
dengan teman pacarnya. Terjadi cekcok dan dirampas handphone. Jadi
